Thank you for your interest in registering for our event. Please make sure you have read all our terms and conditions before filling out the registration form. Once you've filled out the registration form, we will send you a link for payment.:

We allow the following items: antique or vintage, artisan and handmade, new home decor, clothing or jewelry. We do not allow new political items of any sort. We reserve the right to ask you to put items away if they are controversial.

 

Food Vendors- If you are a food vendor of any type even pre-packaged, please contact us. Food vendors must meet other criteria and need to get additional permits from the Town of Brimfield.

Option 1- Weekend Warrior Show- Saturday and Sunday- 20'X20'- $125. Set-up Friday After 5pm or Saturday 6am

Option 2- Food Vendor- Saturday and Sunday- Must be self sufficient, no electricity available. $300. You must also get a permit from the Board of Health at least 3 weeks before the show. 

​

Town Permit $40. is required of all vendors. Town permits will be available for purchase at the field when you arrive. You must have one before you will be allowed to set up. If you have one from another field, please let us know upon arrival. Vendor permits must be on display at all times.

10'X20' Tent Rental Available. If you rent a tent from us, it will be set up on your space prior to your arrival. Tents have 4 sides.  $75. Limited Availability

NOTE- Tables are available for rent for $10. a table

​

If you're not parking in your spot you MUST reserve a parking space in advance. Parking on the field is very limited. Parking for the weekend is $20. per car or van. $40. per box truck, truck with trailer or camper.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment in Full is Due before the show or your space may be given to the next person on the waiting list. Please call us if you have an issue with getting your payment in on time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover, Check, Paypal, Wire Transfer or Cash.

Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days before the show for a rollover credit to the next show. There are no refunds.   

 

Set-up is on Friday after 5pm or Saturday morning from 6am-7:30am. 

 

You may park your vehicle in your space if as long as it fits and you are not obstructing your neighbor. Once parked you will not be able to move your vehicle until 4pm on show days. 

 

Camping is also allowed on the field in your booth or in tents in our lovely back area near the lake. RV camping is extremely limited and there are no hook-ups. Please call us to find out of there is space. When you arrive, see Arthur for your placement.

Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times per order of the Town of Brimfield. We have a lovely dog walk in the rear of the field.  Please pick up after your dog.

Pickups and Driving in and Out of the Field Including Vendors. This is a change from the past so please read:

Please issue a receipt with your space number to customers who need to drive in to pick up merchandise. For the safety of everyone, no vehicles are allowed to drive inside the show grounds to pick up merchandise between the hours of 9am and 4pm for the duration of the show. If your customer needs to leave early, please have the item portered to the pick up gate, where they can retrieve their item with their receipt. This also applies to vendors who are leaving or moving in. If your planning on leaving before Sunday or moving in after Wednesday, you must be out before 9am or wait until after 4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is both for safety and for the courtesy of your neighbor who is not leaving.

If you leave the show before Sunday, your space reverts to Brimfield Antique Shows llc/Hertans. If your planning to return to your space later in the week to set up again you must inform us before you leave. Return is allowed if you're planning on setting up to sell again, not for parking only.

MA Tax ID #: You can get one online at MassTaxConnect in order to collect and submit the 6.25% sales tax. 

​

Your rented space is clean when you arrive; please make sure that it is in the same condition when you leave. Take everything you brought back with you. 

​

Vendor is responsible for securing their merchandise and property and assumes all liability for all loss and/or injury while on our property. 

​
